Useful information

The Manna resort is located in Montagna, in the hamlet of Doladizza, along the road leading to the Fiemme/Fassa Valley. Located in South Tyrol’s Lower Adige region along the Strada del Vino, it enjoys peace and tranquility among the forests and apple orchards. From the resort you can reach both Bolzano and Trento in half an hour by car, and Merano and Bressanone in 45 minutes. Also within half an hour of the resort are the Dolomites (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Lake Carezza, and all the nearest ski resorts, from Cermis to Obereggen.

• By car: take the Egna/Ora/Termeno exit, follow the SS48 towards Val di Fiemme/Val di Fassa. After passing the village of Montagna, you will come to the hamlet of Doladizza and after about 200 meters, on the left, you will see the signs for Manna Resort.
• By train: the nearest stations are Egna, Ora and Bolzano. Nearest airports: Verona Catullo, Munich, Venice, Milan Bergamo.

The property provides transfer service for a fee to and from stations the nearest airports.

Guests not staying at the hotel can benefit from some of our services, in particular:

• L’Orangerie: Wednesday through Monday (closing day Tuesday), open for dinner (weekends also for lunch) with a la carte menu and various offerings from the Thai or typical Tyrolean world.
• Luisa Gourmet: Thursday through Saturday for dinner.
• Manna Spa (day spa): access to the entire spa area including saunas, pool and gym, from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., including breakfast or a voucher of corresponding value to be used for a spa or restaurant treatment.

Dogs are welcome at Manna Resort, one dog per room and only in some rooms. The daily fee is €35.00 (without food). We will provide, if needed, hygienic bags for dogs, towels to dry them before entering the Resort and bowls. Manna Resort reserves the right to charge for any extra cleaning if necessary. Please be advised that dogs are not allowed inside the bar and restaurant, in the wellness area and in the garden. The use of a leash is mandatory throughout the facility. Other types of animals are not allowed.

The resort can accommodate guests 12 years of age and older. The resort does not provide for additional beds beyond the maximum occupancy indicated for the chosen room. The L’Orangerie restaurant can also accommodate children 6 years of age and older.

• A deposit of 30 percent of the total price agreed upon for the stay is required at the time of booking.
• For cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of 30% of the total agreed price. However, this amount can be reused for booking a new stay in the 6 months following the cancellation date.
• In case of cancellation from 6 days up to 3 days before the arrival date there is a penalty of 50% of the total price.
• Cancellations within 3 days of arrival date are charged80% of the total amount.
• In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price agreed upon at the time of booking is charged.

Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and are requested to be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out (both room and spa) are available for a fee upon request and subject to availability.

A four-course a la carte dinner at our L’Orangerie restaurant is included in a half-board reservation. Guests will be able to choose from L’Orangerie’s a la carte menu of the day from an appetizer, entrée, main course and dessert.

It is possible to rent e-bikes at our resort from March until October. There is a bike storage room where guests can leave their personal e-bikes stored.

In winter, guests can leave their skis and boots guarded at our ski storage room in the garage.

We have two parking lots, a covered subterranean one reserved for resort guests and an outdoor one for guests accessing the bar or restaurant.

We offer 3 electric vehicle charging stations: one in the outdoor parking area and two in the underground garage, each providing 11 kW three-phase charging. Charging costs are calculated based on actual electricity consumption and will be added to your final bill at the end of your stay.

We provide our guests with insurance to protect their own vacation and that of their loved ones. BE SAFE RATE PLUS covers:

• CANCELLATION FOR ANY DOCUMENTABLE CAUSE (e.g., flight cancellation, illness , injury, vacation cancellation) up to the day of check-in and refund up to 100% of the prepaid amount.
• ASSISTANCE DURING YOUR STAY: From arrival to departure you will be able to take advantage of health care, baggage guarantee, theft and roadside assistance.
• DEDICATED CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE before, during and after the stay.

Access to saunas and steam rooms exclusively without a bathing suit. However, it is mandatory to wear it in pools and relaxation rooms. Upon request, we provide specific wipes for the use of Turkish and Mediterranean baths.
