Nature is the most precious thing we have. It is luxurious, generous, welcoming. Manna Resort was born following its imprint.
Driving along the main road, you won't notice our property, because it is perfectly integrated with the surrounding vegetation, in respect and enhancement of it. The Resort was specifically designed by a team of landscape architects and architects to blend harmoniously into the surrounding environment and create a minimum environmental impact.
The Orniello of Manna and the native woodland species have been replanted in the garden, where rainwater collected in cisterns is reused for irrigation. The bio-lake within the property is eco-sustainable. And just as nature is so precious, the Resort also aims to be a place where familiarity and excellence become the pillars of a philosophy of life. A welcoming, intimate and discreet luxury in which the guest is the protagonist.
Manna Resort is born from the volcanic mind of Luisa Manna. A woman full of energy, creative and passionate, who has made beauty and good taste a lifestyle that she shares with her guests.
Together with Andi Punter, she brought this magical and exclusive place to life in 2021. Before the resort, the site housed an old sawmill intended for the expansion of the historic Franz Haas winery, which has been in the family for generations. Luisa, however, felt a particular connection with the place and, coming from a family of restaurateurs, decided to create a restaurant and an exclusive Spa as if to return to her roots. But as everything is in a state of becoming, the initial ideas merged into a larger and more complex project, and step by step the Resort came to life. Today, her daughter Sofia is an active part of the resort, while her son Franz supports her at the winery.
An indefatigable traveller and lover of Thailand, she has furnished the interiors with objects, works of art and furniture from her travels, creating a sort of living museum, and has brought a team of Thai-origin therapists to South Tyrol, reproducing massages rooted in their ancient medicine. The only place in Italy where you can live such an experience.
As CEO of the property, Andi is the practical and rational counterpart to Luisa’s creativity, together with whom he co-founded Manna Resort. His great ability to maintain a perfect balance between technical, economic and creative requirements helps Luisa stay focused on the management and activities of the Resort.
Coming from the fitness industry, he is also the driving force behind the development of the entire fitness area, which is equipped with the best training equipment.
Andi handles all public relations for Manna Resort as well as for Franz Haas Winery, where he serves as Export Sales Director.
Welcome to Manna, the doors are open! This is the first message with which Robert and Inge inaugurated the 2026 season, marking the beginning of their journey at the resort. Coordinated, in tune, responsible: they complement and balance each other. Professional and competent, reliable and united, their goal is both a challenge and a matter of the heart. They want to make Manna Resort a place of regeneration, of quiet, of retreat, of pleasure. They do so by coordinating an extraordinary team, in which every person contributes to the value of the group.
Andreas has taken the helm of the kitchen at Manna and guests are enthusiastic. No surprise there, because together with his brigade, visible through the glass of the spectacular open kitchen, he transforms every dish into an intense and engaging experience.
Balance, passion, dedication and calm define the rhythm of his kitchen. It is therefore no surprise that the Chef’s Table is so appreciated.
Andreas interprets haute cuisine without excess, with quality and creativity. Just like him: always positive, always smiling, always ready to find a solution.
When Robert welcomes guests at the Orangerie, the feeling is immediate: welcome home.
Maître of Manna, he is the point of reference for service and a true ambassador of South Tyrol. He lives and loves his homeland with passion, just as he loves his profession, and his recommendations go far beyond food and wine: they include precious tips on hikes and cycling routes in the area, which he shares with care and spontaneity with his guests.
Dedicated to the art of hospitality, he takes care of every detail with discretion and a practical spirit, creating a refined experience for the attentive and discerning guest.
He knows how to precisely interpret the wishes of those in front of him, listening to them and turning them into a tailor-made experience. He stands out for his warmth and his expertise; his great passion is champagne.
Giovanni is a fundamental figure, always ready to step in at the first sign of need. Always present, he is immediately operational in every area of the property. He takes care of maintenance, technical checks and, with great dedication, all the plants inside and outside the Manna. With discretion and a practical spirit, he ensures that everything runs without interruption. He works mostly behind the scenes, but with a concrete impact on the guest experience, indispensable in the daily life of the resort.
With her warm and radiant smile and her experience, she identifies for each guest the most suitable treatment and the ideal professional, organising everything with care and precision. Her team includes masseurs and masseuses of the highest level, and every treatment stands out for quality, dedication and therapeutic competence. She oversees the pools and saunas, maintaining the balance between impeccable organisation and an atmosphere of genuine well-being. She also personally carries out facial treatments, welcoming guests into the cabin and restoring light and vitality to every face.
Anna is a central figure, and not only at the Front Desk. Together with her team she coordinates every area with great precision and a marked organisational sense. She has an extraordinary memory: she remembers guests, preferences and booking details with absolute accuracy, guaranteeing a personalised and impeccable service. Always attentive and reliable, she has everything under control. Her team, friendly and professional, contributes from the very moment of arrival to making every stay a special experience, an expression of authentic and genuine hospitality.
From the choice of linen to the arrangement of every element, through to the care and cleanliness of the entire property: a meticulous job, requiring rigour and sensitivity.
Anna is at the centre of this balance: she leads the governance team with a steady rhythm, discretion and precision, coordinating the resort, SPA, suites and chalets. It is through her work that, at Manna, every detail is cared for with the same attention with which it was conceived, contributing to building and maintaining the overall harmony.
The Philosophy
The minimalism of the exterior structure conceals within it microcosms where objects, works of art and furnishing accessories fill the spaces as in a wunderkammer. Objects sought out during the long travels of Luisa Manna, the person from whom everything originates, coming from every corner of the world and making us feel the echoes of distant cultures, primarily Indian and Asian.
