Born from a love of winter gardens and everything that delights the palate, a space devoted to Mediterranean cuisine, capable of weaving the thread of memories back to the flavours of childhood.
Deeply Southern, fish and shellfish from Sicilian markets, fruit and vegetables grown under the blazing sun, with flavourful escapes to Asia.
The Spaces
Everything is rigorously made in-house — from leavened breads to pasta to an extensive pastry selection — and served in a minimalist setting rich in surprising details that extends outdoors onto a sweeping terrace overlooking the valley. A separate dining room can seat up to 24 guests at the same magnificent oval table illuminated by Schweizer’s incredible Dance of the Alphabet.
Breakfast
Upon request and subject to availability, we offer the possibility of having breakfast every day from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. Reservation is required.
