What guarantees are included in the offer?
A deposit of 30% of the total agreed price for the entire stay is required at the time of booking. For cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total agreed price is charged. For cancellations from 14 days to 8 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 60% of the total price is charged. For cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date, 80% of the total amount is charged. In case of no show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price agreed at the time of booking is charged.
